We are Recovery Focus, a new group of expert charities with the shared aim of inspiring individual recovery nationwide. Each partner organisation has its own rich history of success, but together we believe we can lead the way in evidence-based recovery pathways that we can tailor to meet local and individual needs.

One of our partners, Richmond Fellowship, is looking for an Assistant Director (Planning and Reporting) to work within the Finance Department as the lead Finance and statutory reporting  professional as well as representing at both Director and Board level, where you will utilise your ability to provide robust planning and first-class reporting information, which will operate as a sound basis for decision-making and robust fiscal planning and control.

Reporting to the Group Director Finance, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day operation by providing effective and inspiring management to two finance managers and their teams, 7 staff in total. You will manage the annual budgeting process for its full lifecycle and present this to Directors and the Group Leadership Team, while also overseeing comprehensive quarterly reforecasting, with updated targets and the delivery plans to support these.

Deputising for the Group Finance Director when necessary is also an essential component of the role.

An outstanding communicator and presenter of information, both verbal and written, you will also have a background of setting and managing budgets and forecasts, statutory reporting, and developing finance models and reporting systems.
