We’re looking for a full-time Cook/Cleaner for our care homes in Colindale which provide support for adults with complex mental health problems.

Meridan and Foxlands Houses are CQC registered care homes for people with complex mental health problems aged over 18. Each resident is allocated their own furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom and has access to a kitchen, dining area, communal lounges, garden and laundry. Our supported housing service at Colindale is made up of 12 self contained flats and two bedsits. The self contained flats have furnished bedrooms, bathrooms and combined kitchens and lounges. The bedsits have bathrooms and bedrooms, with the use of a shared lounge and kitchen.

With proven catering and cleaning experience, you’ll have certificates in basic/advanced cooking as well as Food Hygiene and Health & Safety and knowledge of food standards and FSA requirements. You’ll need to be able to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team and you’ll have a kind, caring nature and be sensitive to the needs of our residents.
